Those who bitch and moan about the state of modern horror should cast their minds back to the 90s — surely the grimmest decade for the genre. Still, in amongst the lifeless and bloodless Scream rip-offs, there’s the occasional slice of fun. Like Dr. Giggles (1992). Doctor-themed one liners and puns galore, Dr. Giggles is good dumb fun.
