I recently picked up Vinegar Syndrome’s awesome John Hayes double-bill of Baby Rosemary (1976) and Hot Lunch (1978). It’s been one of my favourite releases from them so far. Though the off-the-wall and bleak Baby Rosemary is my favourite of these two 70s porn classics, Hot Lunch is wildly entertaining too. My favourite moment is when Desiree Cousteau and Brigit Olsen trade verbal blows in a battle for the film’s (hysterically bland) leading stud. The dialogue has a John Waters-esque filth and absurdity to it. I love it!
