Harmony Korine’s Julien Donkey-Boy (1999) is demented, but I wouldn’t call it an exploitation film. However, watching it for the first time last week and enjoying it immensely, I could not resist sharing this unbelievably funny scene featuring Werner Herzog delivering an amazing description of the final scene of Dirty Harry.
