Otto Chan’s Devil’s Woman (1996) is an absurd, supernatural CAT III, stockpiled with violence, goofy sex, and Elvis Tsui’s bald head. Though not nearly as offensive as Category III’s more famous shockers, there is one ridiculous and repulsive scene worthy of a jaw drop. Check it out below.
