I’ve watched this twice now and I still can’t figure out why it exists. It isn’t the worst film I’ve ever seen, but it’s not far off either.

I liked this poster of the week so much that I pushed ahead with it, even when I couldn't find anything with a resolution I was comfortable with.
An unexpected beat down from American Hunter
American Hunter was apparently a key influence for Benjamin Marra's incredible Terror Assaulter (O.M.W.O.T.). The Arizal influence can definitely be seen in the ridiculous dialogue ("Let's just say, [insert something stupid here]"), the relentless explosions, and, of course, the absurd fight scenes.
Brion James nightmare
The late Brion James was brilliant and out of control in everything he was in, but his role in House III: The Horror Show is particularly spectacular. Check out this incredibly insane nightmare sequence that features James decapitating a child and dressing in drag.
Finger lickin’ good!
Though Wes Craven's Shocker doesn't garner the same respect as A Nightmare on Elm Street or Scream, it's a hell of a lot of fun. Here's my favourite moment, which, though sadly trimmed by censors, packs a painful punch.
