It’s rare that I post posters that are just plain shitty, but I’ve been obsessing over this awful Hong Kong poster for the hysterically titled Run for Life – Ladies from China (1993), an enjoyable CAT III starring an extra sleazy Melvin Wong. How atrocious is this poster?! Pauline Chan Bo-Lin’s head (I think it’s Pauline Chan Bo-Lin) has been cut-and-pasted over someone else in the dodgiest hack job ever. I’m assuming the studio had some existing poster art featuring Chan Wing-Chi and decided to save a few bucks. It’s the height of cheapness, but it’s also the perfect advertisement for this particular breed of CAT III trash.
